KT Solutions Ltd is an engineering and consultancy practice based in Fremont, California. We work with founders, CTOs, and engineering leaders who need senior people who actually ship.
We started KT Solutions because too many software engagements end the same way — a delivery that technically meets the spec but doesn't quite solve the problem, handed off to a team that can't operate it. We wanted to build a firm where the people doing the work are the people who scoped it, where the engineers know the business they're serving, and where "done" means working in production for real users — not a green CI badge.
That commitment shapes how we hire, how we sell, and what we say no to. We're deliberately small. Every engagement is led by someone with a decade or more of experience shipping the kind of systems we're being hired to build. We turn down work that doesn't fit — and we tell clients honestly when AI, or microservices, or another rewrite isn't the right answer.
The work crosses domains. eCommerce platforms managing seven-figure SKU catalogs. Mobile apps for users who count on them in places without signal. AI systems that have to be cheap, fast, and right enough to ship. Internal platforms quietly running departments. The common thread is that the software has to actually work — not just demo well.
No agencies, no resource managers, no proxies. The people who pick up the phone are the people doing the work.
Software architect and engineering leader with deep experience across enterprise Java/Spring ecosystems, modern frontend, Android development, and large-scale eCommerce platforms managing over a million SKUs. Owais founded KT Solutions to bring senior-grade engineering judgment to teams who need it most — without the bloat of a big consultancy.
We assemble engagement-specific teams from a small, vetted bench of senior practitioners across software, mobile, infrastructure, and AI. Every associate has a decade-plus of production experience and is named on the engagement — no anonymous resources.
If you're a senior engineer with strong production experience in software, mobile, infrastructure, or AI — and you'd rather do the work than manage the people doing it — we'd like to hear from you. Email info@ktsolutionsltd.com.
